6 Month Temporary Casual Position
The Canadian Red Cross Society, a not for profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to helping the most vulnerable in Canada and throughout the world, is currently seeking Daily Contact Supervisors as part of our Contact Tracing Team – remote work force.
Daily Contact Supervisors will lead a team of assigned Daily Contact Workers and will be responsible for their productivity, adherence to standards and procedures and will ensure consistent quality measures are achieved. Reporting to the Contact Tracing Technical Manager, they are involved in the team’s planning, organization and coordination for the delivery of daily contact services with cases and close contacts and monitor all escalations and clinical referrals. Daily Contact Supervisors play an interlocker role between the Contract Tracing Supervisor and the Daily Contact workers to ensure organization of overlapping contact networks to optimize coordination and efficiency.
