Our client, a professional consulting firm, is currently seeking a recruitment specialist.
Great challenges await you in this role, which is newly created. In addition to having a wide range of positions to recruit, you will collaborate with a human resources team that is innovative, dynamic, and humane.
In close collaboration with the members of the human resources department, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities at both the regional and national levels.
You will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies to enhance the firm's brand and stand out in the employment market.
The ideal candidate will stand out for their curiosity, excellent organizational skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
The incumbent must be bilingual, have a university degree in human resources, business administration or other relevant training and significant experience in human resources management and recruitment, ideally in a supervisory role.
