Senior Legal Counsel - Mergers and Acquisitions (Contract) Montreal Our business partner, a well-established company specializing in the agri-food industry and operating across Canada, is currently seeking a bilingual legal counsel with approximately 7 to 12 years of experience in business law, more specifically in merger and acquisition transactions to complete a 12-month mandate. As the selected professional, you will be a strategic advisor to the team. You will infuse your knowledge and legal skills into major files related to, among other things, the acquisition of companies across various jurisdictions throughout the world. You will be involved in major transactions and challenging negotiations while being an essential internal resource for the business units.
