Our business partner, a law firm well known in the Canadian business community, is currently looking for a lawyer to join its business law and intellectual property team. This is an opportunity for a bilingual lawyer with approximately 2 to 6 years of experience in business law and more specifically in transactions and intellectual property matters to further specialize in this field.
The employer we represent promotes a multidisciplinary approach to files involving intellectual property issues, therefore daily, you will be required to carry out a wide variety of major mandates. You will advise Canadian and foreign clients on the acquisition, protection, and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. In addition, you will represent companies involved in litigation involving the development, sale, purchase and use of intellectual property in all its forms.
