YOUR ROLE

• Process the various title insurance applications received;
• Assist in the preparation of commercial title insurance policies;
• Search in the various databases: land registry, business registry, etc. and analysis the results;
• Communicate with clients and various professionals regarding commercial title insurance;
• Provide support to the team by making sure deadlines are met;
• Provide billing support;
• Any other related task related to the title insurance department.

REQUIREMENTS

• DCS in paralegal technology or any other relevant training;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Spoken and written French, an asset;
• Rigor, strong organizational skills and team spirit;
• Professionalism, autonomy and good judgment.
