YOUR ROLE

As a Supervisor, Law Clerks, you will have a role of a team leader within the structure to ensure the efficiency of the firm’s process. Your responsibilities will mainly include:

• Supervising administrative activities related to the management of the team;
• Ensure the assignment and training of employees;
• Follow-up with human resources activities related to the orientation of new employees;
• Participate as a resource person in the optimization of the work, internal proceedings and other aspects concerning the work organization within the service;
• Be responsible for the management of absences, vacations and replacements;
• Responding to clients' requests for title insurance;
• Manage various reports;
• Collaborating in any human resources mandate or project, especially performance management, remuneration;
• Performing time entries, paid off for the purposes of invoicing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Law Clerk designation;
• Experience in staff supervision;
• Experience in residential real estate in a law firm and/or in the field of title insurance;
• Spoken and written French, an asset;
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;
• Organization, coordination and good interpersonal skills;
• Good spirit team, detail-oriented, versatility and confidentiality respect.
