Our client, a reputable company, is currently looking for a lawyer with approximately 3 to 7 years of litigation experience to complement its experienced team.

 

On a daily basis, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of major cases requiring significant strategic input. As a result, the candidate must have solid experience in litigation and knowledge of the construction industry in Quebec.

 

The selected professional must have experience before the courts and administrative tribunals. Experience in labour law and more specifically with Act R-20 will be considered an important asset. Your autonomy, rigor and sense of leadership will be important advantages to occupy this position.
