The employer we represent, a renowned professional service firm, is currently looking for a corporate trainer to join its team.

YOUR ROLE

As the corporate trainer for the Montreal office, you will work with a motivated and energetic team in setting up and providing training. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Offer quality training, mostly in French, in groups or individually, to welcome and integrate new employees : managers, professionals and office support staff;
• Prepare and update learning sessions according to established processes;
• Act as a resource person for any requests related to training, software and problem solving;
• Interact with members, evaluating learning needs and setting up new courses/training;
• Participate in the organization of various projects, with corporate trainer based in Quebec City, and activities in order to share knowledge and stay aware of new trends;
• Explore and test new software.

PREREQUISITES

• Minimum of approximately 2 years of experience as a trainer in a consulting firm;
• Good knowledge of French and functional knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Knowledge of a document management system is an asset;
• Good interpersonal skills, sharp communication skills and professionalism;
• Sense of organization, priority management and autonomy.
