YOUR ROLE

As an electronic invoicing/e-billing accounting clerk, your duties will include :

  • Being the internal resource person to obtain missing information in order to complete invoicing;
  • Enter chargeable expenses in customer files;
  • Ensure the transmission of invoices in the electronic system;
  • Find solutions in case of electronic invoice refusal and claims;
  • Answer all questions regarding billing rates;
  • Produce work in progress reports;

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in electronic invoicing/e-billing;
  • Good bilingualism both written and spoken (French and English);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially the advanced Excel functions.
  • Knowledge of the Maître software will be considered an asset
  • Team spirit and good priority management;
  • Attention to detail, autonomy and organizational skills.
