Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a bilingual human resources director with great interpersonal skills.

Your expertise as a human resources director will be put to good use in several aspects of this position.

As part of your responsibilities, you will supervise the team and will provide advice, support and coaching to the company's human resources partners for all HR policies and procedures.

You will also develop human resources policies, projects, programs and strategies to meet the company's objectives, while respecting its values ​​and beliefs and coordinate the recruitment process for all new employees.

In addition to providing a supervisory role for managers in various organizational projects, you will also help maintain a good environment between employees and be responsible for performance management activities.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations or other related field;
• Experience as a manager, human resources management;
• Experience in a professional services firm:
