This firm who has been successfully able to adapt and contribute to rapid scientific and technological progress through innovative methods is currently seeking a paralegal for its office in downtown Montreal to join its team of litigation professionals.

As a litigation paralegal, you will work with a variety of lawyers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assembling the files related to litigation;
• Prepare the project procedures and other legal documents, and prepare the bills of costs;
• Organize, analyze and compile relevant information ;
• Follow up on files and communicate with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, etc.;
• Ensure that deadlines are met.

PREREQUISITES

• DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant training/experience ;
• Experience in a litigation paralegal role;
• Good level of bilingualism written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Autonomy, rigour and versality;
• Good organizational and priority management skills;
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
