Legal advisor - Business Law 100% telecommuting As a company operating in the technology sector with an inspirational mission and a business vision aligned with the current concerns, our business partner is currently seeking a bilingual legal counsel specialized in business law. This firm's offices are in Quebec City, but since the position is currently 100% teleworking, candidates from elsewhere could also be considered for the position, as long as they commit to making the necessary travel to Quebec City if the presence becomes required again for a certain number of days per week. With tangible experience in commercial and transactional law, you will have the chance to work on diversified mandates (reviewing, drafting, negotiating commercial contracts, business acquisitions, conducting research and research & opinions, supporting internal departments in terms of legal issues encountered, labour law issues, etc.) and to be an integral part of the company's operations. The selected professional will work in collaboration with an experienced lawyer and they will jointly and synergistically share all the responsibilities entrusted to the company's legal departments. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of approximately 5 years of experience in business law, and an excellent level of English (particularly at the written level).
