This is an opportunity not to be missed for a professional with experience in civil litigation and construction law.

Our business partner, a firm well recognized in its field of practice, is currently seeking a lawyer with approximately 5 to 10 years of tangible experience in civil litigation.

Daily, you will carry out various mandates related to the prevention and resolution of civil litigation and disputes involving construction law issues, with the support of a dynamic team of senior lawyers ready to mentor the younger ones. In addition, the candidate will be called upon to play an advisory role to various stakeholders in the construction industry with respect to issues related to project management, legal documentation and contractors and subcontractors claims.

Autonomous and proactive, the selected professional will represent a clientele composed of contractors, individuals, and companies within the framework of diversified and enticing mandates covering the full range of levels of difficulty.
