If you have between 2 and 5 years’ experience in administrative support and want to be part of a highly motivated group that works with clients to achieve their objectives, while leaving a positive impact on the environment and local communities then KCB is what you are looking for.  We are particularly interested in candidates who can:

  • provide general office support
  • prepare, format, edit/proof letters, reports, proposals and other correspondence as required following KCB’s Quality Management System (QMS) standards
  • use internal & external internet based library sites such as Newforma & SharePoint for uploading and filing deliverables
  • assemble reports and other documents for submission to clients and internal filing
  • assist project teams with Health & Safety compliance
  • handle travel logistics: flight/hotel/rental car bookings
  • coordinate various registrations for training
  • assist with the printing, collating and binding of reports, proposals and other documents as required
  • perform other duties as required
  • proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
