OVERVIEW

Working closely with and reporting to the Director, Talent Management, the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for the coordination and deployment of our talent attraction strategies across the Packaging and Specialty Papers divisions. Your contribution will have a direct impact on building Kruger's future by attracting top talent. You will be part of a talented and dynamic team of Human Resources professionals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensure the optimization of our talent acquisition solutions by capturing the most innovative ideas and implementing them. 
  • Contribute to the implementation of a continuous improvement approach. Proactively research, identify and evaluate innovative and cost-effective talent acquisition solutions and best practices.
  • Establish a pool of candidates (professional, management and local management positions) through various search methods and develop expertise in the supported business areas.
  • Advise managers on the full recruitment cycle and effective candidate assessment.
  • Act as an ambassador and promote the careers and exciting work environment at Kruger. 
  • Provide candidates with an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge in the use of social media and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ease in developing relationships with various internal and external partners.
  • Be proactive and results-oriented.
  • Be thorough and have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop the ability to identify and anticipate the best trends in terms of recruitment.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in French and English. Excellent writing skills.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Human Resources Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five to ten years of relevant sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
