Condition Monitoring Supervisor

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Condition Monitoring Supervisor who will report to the Maintenance Superintendent to achieve: 
•    Supervise the work carried out by other Condition Monitoring personnel and HVAC Contractor
•    Analyze samples and develop reports from Vibration Analysis, Thermography and Oil Analysis surveys on rotating and/or electrical components and machines using a prescribed process
•    Establish and maintain databases of vibration surveys and asset health reports. 
•    Be the site champion for predicative maintenance and maintain all asset health reporting. 
•    Maintain the servicing and calibration of all specialist tools
•    Provide some Condition Monitoring training and consultation services to employees
•    Establish and maintain working relationships with each customer’s reliability personnel while aiming to improve data collection capability
•    Assist the Reliability Engineers to develop and manage the optimization of advanced Condition Monitoring techniques and strategies on equipment as required by the business.

 
QUALIFICATIONS
The Successful candidate should have:
    Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline
    Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role
    Proficient use of computers (ie. Microsoft Office, Kronos, JDE, etc)
    Attention to detail
    Ability to prioritize, think critically and analyze data
    Ability to supervise unionized employees and contractors
