What you’ll do:
You will provide phone support to Canada Post customers. With the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services are an essential service for all Canadians and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in helping them with their delivery status, redirected mail and any general inquiries. We expect representatives to offer an efficient, courteous, professional service adapted to the needs of the customers.

Since February 2020, we have been implementing an increasing number of measures to prevent and contain any potential spread of COVID-19 in our workplaces. All of our actions are based on the best information and advice available from health experts and government officials. Our measures include the mandatory temperature check for all our employees upon their arrival at work, quarantine for any employee at risk, the implementation of work from home for several of our representatives, improved cleaning protocols as well as social distancing measures in all our facilities.
