Personal Support Worker - Hemodialysis Program $1500 Sign On Bonus POSITION SUMMARY: The Personal Support Worker (PSW) will be part of a new 2 year Home Hemodialysis project – with a potential for contract extension. Successful candidates will first be part of the community program with a focus on entering the Home Hemodialysis program. This new clinical model of care is an exciting opportunity for the right Personal Support Worker and will allow a select group of patients to receive Hemodialysis care in their own home. This role extends the scope of the traditional PSW by working under the delegation of a Registered Nurse ( RN ) Successful candidates must be life-long learners, will be comfortable with highly complex routines, blood products and technologically savvy. Personal Support Workers (PSW) in the program are eligible for quarterly bonuses upon attaining performance targets.
