Responds to callers via all designated channels (telephone, chat and other communication platforms): assesses needs, offers appropriate clinical options, identifies health care and community resources and/or provides information to assist the patient to choose an appropriate intervention for their symptoms and/or health situation within metrics established by Operations.Achieves/exceeds the established performance metrics and quality standards as evidenced by adhering to established call center metrics, service delivery standards and company policies and procedures.
