JOB SUMMARY:  

Provide administrative support to the SVP Chief Digital Transformation Officer and VP Strategy and Government Relations, with a focus on keeping things organized and running smoothly This is an opportunity to be part of exciting initiatives and transformation in the healthcare field that will impact how care is delivered, experienced and supported.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Activity A:  Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings/calendar management

  • Prepare and circulate meeting agendas; take notes, as required; follow-up on agenda items

  • Prepare accurate, high-quality presentation materials, as needed

  • Anticipate needs relating to administrative matters and plan ahead

  • Minimize administrative tasks for the SVP Chief Digital Transformation Officer/VP Strategy and Government Relations

  • Support coordination of team and cross-organization events and arrange catering as needed

  • Assist with expense processing and budget tracking

  • Contribute to centralized document repositories, team activity logs, and reporting

Activity B:  Correspondence

  • Coordinate and prepare correspondence, as required, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality 

Activity C: Travel logistics and related matters

  • Arrange itineraries and travel booking, hotel, ground transportation, etc.

  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Activity D: Other matters

  • Work collaboratively with other administrative staff/peers to provide cover/back-up and support as needed.

  • Order office supplies and manage online subscriptions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree with 4 to 6 years’ experience in an administrative role reporting to senior management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time-management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Resourceful with the ability to conduct research and create reports/presentations

  • Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and ability to approach all situations with discretion and diplomacy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily workload and concurrent assignments

  • Exceptional Microsoft Office365 skills

  • This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our office.
