POSITION SUMMARY  

 

SE Health is currently seeking a HR Business Analyst for our digital transformation team. This role will provide transformation support to the HR team and will have an opportunity to significantly impact organizational growth and effectiveness through delivering best in class digital solutions.

Reporting to the HR Product Director, the Business Analyst will play a key role in transforming SE’s HR function by leveraging their expertise in the HR domain and by collaborating with SE’s HR team.

This position is in support of SE Health’s strategic transformational initiative. This people-focused transformation journey is aimed at solidifying SE Health’s technology, processes to re-imagine how the company can continue to provide excellent experiences for clients and staff, streamline processes, set the business up for future growth, and deliver Hope and Happiness at scale.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·        Collaborate with different SME’s on HR project Initiatives and transformational changes, and ensure successful implementation

·        Use people-centered and service design practices to assist facilitation of workshops with multidisciplinary groups to gather detailed requirements, organize people, process and tools to directly improve employee experience, and indirectly, our client’s experience

·        Map detailed processes to help stakeholder define digital tool capabilities, business requirements, data requirements and flow, and new roles and responsibilities

·        Participate in evaluation, selection, implementation, and training of new/revised software applications

·        Evaluate current business processes and analyze existing HR applications, to identify opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency of business processes

·        Support activities and training with business users on new / improved operational processes, deployment of new technologies and applications in support of operational processes

·        Participate in process and quality improvement methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis etc.

·        Prepare detailed test cases & perform testing of solutions, with thorough documentation of results

·        Assist with development, update and tracking of project management processes and deliverables (e.g., detailed task lists, project schedule, issue logs, financials, status reporting, ongoing monitoring, and reporting)

·        Demonstrate continuous learning on the latest process and digital advancements to automate and modernize processes & systems

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience as business analyst in Human Resources or HRIS domain

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience working with HR Systems (such as Taleo, Oracle, Workday etc.) in co-designing and testing changes

·        Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies & processes

·        Agile methodology and experience in delivery of solutions is strongly preferred

·        Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Visio

·        Experience with data analysis using business intelligence tools is an asset

·        Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

·        Post-secondary education, with a degree in Business or Human Resources, is preferred (equivalent education and experience will be considered)

·        Healthcare experience is an asset

 

This is a hybrid role and would require travel to our Markham office on an as needed basis
