If you have previously created an applicant profile, login below using your email address and password.
Don't have a profile? Go to the Current Opportunities page by clicking 'New Search' in the top right-hand corner. Here you can search all open positions, and by selecting Apply, you will be able to create a New User profile.
Forgot Password? Use the link located directly beneath the “Password” field to reset your password. You will be redirected to another page where you will be asked to provide the email address associated with your profile. Once this information is provided, you will receive an email asking you to reset your password.
Seneca Employee Registration
You are required to use your personal email address when submitting job applications. This information can be found under Personal Details self serve option in PeopleSoft. Please note that you cannot use your Seneca e-mail address to register. Each employee has a candidate profile in Taleo based on information from PeopleSoft. Visit Personal Details to update your email address on file. All other sections of your profile will need to be completed by you. Click the "Login Page", button located in the top right-hand corner of this page to access your profile, enter your personal email address and password. If this is your first time accessing Taleo, please click on "forgot password" to set up your unique password.
