Senior Human Resources Advisor, Staffing

The Human Resources and Facilities Management Branch is looking for a Senior Human Resources Advisor, Staffing for an indeterminate position. The position is classified as an RÉ-05 ($75,576 to $100,274 per annum).

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources Business Partnerships, the Senior Human Resources Advisor leads full cycle staffing and recruitment processes. The Senior HR Advisor provides timely, proactive advice and exceptional client service to management ensuring the organization can meet current and future workforce needs.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: University degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Administration or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience related to the position.

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience delivering a full range of staffing services to clients, including:
•    Using electronic application tracking system.
•    Provide advice and guidance to clients on staffing and recruitment programs and policies.

KNOWLEDGE
•    Knowledge of staffing principles, processes and best practices.

ABILITIES
•    To consistently deliver quality HR services to clients in a timely, proactive and effective manner.
•    To organize and prioritize concurrent requests and deliver results
•    To analyze problems and develop options and/or recommendations when providing advice on staffing matters.
•    To effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

COMPETENCIES

ASSETS
•    HR professional designation.
•    Experience using Peoplesoft (Oracle).
•    Experience using Taléo.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
•    Possess or eligible to obtain reliability security clearance.
•    Bilingual imperative CBC.
