Business Development and Proposals Specialist

Our business partner, a renowned professional services firm, is seeking a Business Development Specialist.

YOUR ROLE:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the implementation of business development strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty;

  • Actively participate in the writing, editing, and optimization of service proposals;

  • Collaborate on the creation and distribution of compelling marketing and communication content for the website and social media;

  • Enhance brand visibility and presence by coordinating various projects and sponsorships;

  • Support customer retention in the region by collaborating on the organization of social and marketing events;

  • Collaborate on profile analysis and the implementation of client development initiatives;

  • Assist management in researching new marketing and business development strategies and tools aligned with global marketing objectives.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or any other related field;
  • Solid experience in a similar role within professional services (such as law firms or accounting firms);
  • Proven experience in writing and delivering service proposals;
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and to create strategic messages;
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contact management tools is considered an asset;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to manage priorities effectively;
  • Autonomy and strong organizational skills;
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
