What we seek:
OCHC is currently seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Student, work as part of a team that is responsible for general exterior maintenance. Under the guidance of the Property Manager, the Landscape Maintenance Student will keep property sites clean of debris and assist with plant maintenance.
Landscape Maintenance Student with OCHC:
Providing excellent service on the front line so our tenants can feel a sense of pride and ownership living in our communities is a main priority at our organization. As the Landscape Maintenance Student, you will play a key role in ensuring our communities are clean and safe.
As a Landscape Maintenance Student, some of the things you will do include:
· Clean and remove debris from Ottawa Community Housing sites.
· Operate mechanical landscape equipment.
· Weed and maintain shrub and flower beds.
· Cut and trim grass areas and prune shrubs.
· Plant flowers, shrubs prepare and seed grass areas.
· Other related tasks may be assigned as required.

· Eligible to work in Canada.
· Must be between 15-30 years of age.
Work conditions:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) on-site position.

Hourly rate: $17.55 - $18.65
