Are you driven by the challenge of supporting transformative initiatives in HR? Are you ready to support HR transformation programs to support an exceptional employee and client experience?

We are seeking an Associate Director of HR Transformation to join the Human Resources team to optimize HR processes and leverage strategies to enhance the employee and client experience. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change, you will be responsible for providing support transformation and change management programs that enhance people experiences, processes, and technology to align with Seneca’s priorities and strategic goals. 

You’ll use tools and techniques, including agile project management, to bring our vision to life - creating an environment that supports employee success, fosters a high performing workplace culture, and values continuous improvement, innovation, learning and a commitment to quality. 

Here's What’s on Your Horizon  

With a commitment to innovation and process excellence, you will support initiatives aimed at optimizing and enhancing the employee experience and building meaningful connections by:

  • Playing an instrumental role in supporting HR transformation solutions to optimize the employee experience in alignment with Seneca’s strategic plan.
  • Supporting the Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change and the HR team in operationalizing and evolving HR strategic priorities.
  • Implementing process improvements to support in the delivery of a cohesive HR experience.
  • Developing and implementing short and long-term strategic organizational transformation plans and ensures they are aligned with change management strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Leading programs and projects using innovative, agile and project management tools and techniques in the strategic development, change management and implementation of HR initiatives. 
  • Acting as an incubation area for any strategic initiatives within the HR department leveraging a project-based approach, while always applying a human-centred design and systems thinking to understand and improve the end-to-end service experience.
  • Assessing and measuring the success of delivered outcomes and makes iterative changes where necessary.

Whether you hold a post-secondary credential or have the equivalency of experience supporting HR transformations, HR technology, and strategic planning or you bring a diverse background and unique perspective to the table, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change and strong leadership skills, as well as a PROSCI Change Management Certification or similar credential is an asset. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, and with process mapping. Additionally, possessing strong business acumen, adept diplomatic relationship management, collaborative abilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
