We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the Human Resources team who will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on various HR related issues. You will be responsible for leveraging a broad understanding of the business and partners with HR Communities of Expertise (CoEs) to lead, execute and support cyclical HR program activities with your client groups. Reporting to the Director, Business HR you will support leaders on matters of employee relations, organizational review and design, performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement and change management. You will act as an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) champion to ensure consideration is given to EDI in all areas of work.
