Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Business HR, the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in delivering strategic, consultative, and operational HR support across assigned client groups. The HRBP provides advice, guidance, and solutions on a wide range of people matters including employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change management. In collaboration with HR Communities of Expertise (CoEs), the HRBP ensures that HR programs and initiatives are effectively executed to meet business needs. As a trusted advisor and advocate, the HRBP champions Seneca’s values and promotes an inclusive and equitable work environment where all employees can thrive.
