Title : Coordinator, Donor Stewardship

In this role, you will :

Responsibility 1. Operationalize Strategy 

  • Work closely with Senior Manager, CX Stewardship, in implementation of the stewardship plan, including department workflow, coordination and prioritization of timelines.
  • Submit briefs to Creative Services or agencies according to the established strategy and plan. 
  • Review copy and artwork for all stewardship materials, send for input from all stakeholders required and ensure all approvals required are procured according to schedule. 
  • Work with internal teams to gather content and images for collateral. 
  • Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to discuss planning, upcoming campaigns.  
  • Serve as primary contact with relationship management stewardship staff to align strategies or get materials developed. 
  • Review and approve any data populated samples in a timely manner to confirm data appears correctly in relation to established segments, test files.  
  • Resolve any production issues with the vendors, using the skills of influence, mediation, persuasion or negotiation. 

Responsibility 2. Communications and Reporting

  • Input into the overall department stewardship calendar under the leadership Integrated Marketing.  
  • Handle the day-to-day relationship with internal staff working on stewardship collateral and/or external vendor(s). 
  • Send internal communications to notify CRC staff of stewardship deployments.  
  • Work with the Senior Manager to get reporting set up for all stewardship activity.
  • Submit any ad hoc requests for reporting either internally or externally. 

              

What we are looking for :

  • Completion of a 3 year post-secondary program from a recognized, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Fundraising.  
  • 3 - 5 years of progressive, relevant experience in fundraising, marketing or project management. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to effectively navigate internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information and to communicate it to a variety of audiences. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Digital or Direct Marketing.  
  • Excellent organizational, planning and hands-on implementation skills. 
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • The ability to manage effectively in a changing environment with multiple conflicting demands. 
  • Bilingualism (English/French) an asset. 
  • Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM database an asset.
