Salary: $7,629 – 7,946 – 8,285 – 8,647 – 9,014/month

Schedule: 70 hours bi-weekly; Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

This is specialized administrative work in developing and implementing business process change management (CM) plans and related communications materials to support development approvals process improvements. An incumbent identifies the magnitude and nature of the business process change on internal and external stakeholders; conducts change impact and stakeholder analysis; develops a Change Sponsorship and Leadership Model that supports active and visible sponsorship throughout the project; coaches all levels of managers and supervisors to champion change; and leads presentations, training and/or communications. Develops and designs CM and communications plans; identifies deliverables; and leads implementation of change management activities as they relate to business process improvements throughout all phases of the project. Identifies and analyses people-related issues/risks on an ongoing basis and proposes mitigation tactics. Monitors and evaluates user adoption and CM results; conducts pre- and post- implementation assessments of readiness and user adoption; collects and analyses feedback; and presents findings and recommendations to leadership teams. May provide direction to others engaged in related project work; assigns tasks; reviews work; and prepares schedules. Performs related work as required.

Qualifications include a degree in a relevant field, courses in Change Management plus considerable related experience, including some experience in project related change management roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of the principles, standards, practices, methods, and practices used in the definition, development, and implementation of CM and communications plans. Ability to apply project management principles and assist in the leadership of project teams; identify and analyze impacts of change on business processes improvements; assess support requirements for sponsors, managers and supervisors; prepare a plan to support the same; and lead presentations, training and/or communications. Ability to monitor, analyze, and evaluate user adoption and CM results; conduct pre- and post-implementation assessment; present findings and recommendations; and implement corrective actions. PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent is required.
