Title : Administrative Services Coordinator

Location : Remote (Burnaby, BC)    

Employment Status : Summer/Co-op (8 weeks)

Salary Band : $ 20 / hour

In this role, you will :  

  • Participate in the building of tools and systems to support People Services Team.
  • Assist with administrative needs of Senior Manager or other team members.
  • Build and maintain Sharepoint sites and document processes and procedures.
  • Create presentations, maintain data, and support team meetings and team tools. 

            

What we are looking for :  

  • The minimum qualifications for this position include two years of related work experience in a paid or volunteer role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead engaging conversations with diverse audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. French is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail, and able to work with little supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • A positive attitude with openness to new challenges.
  • Experience working with Power BI, Sharepoint or Survey Monkey is an asset. 

              

Working Conditions :

  • The majority of the work is performed in an office environment.
  • Typical work hours are during the business day, Monday to Friday.
  • May be required to lead teams of volunteers.
  • Applicant must be between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment.
