Education Savings Specialist

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success

Full-time Position

Mandate

We are looking for an excellent communicator to develop and manage processes designed to reduce cancellations and ultimately fulfill the corporate mission of empowering students and enabling families to maximize their education savings, so students can achieve success throughout their post-secondary journeys and beyond.

  1. Grow existing client balances and maximize the client’s opportunity to collect grants.
  2. Providing subscribers with alternatives to cancelling their plans.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for KFFs digital assets (web/mobile) and increase our customers usage of these digital assets.
  4. Support Knowledge Firsts origination targets leveraging existing prospecting tactics

Challenges To Be Met

  • Grow existing client balances
  • Respond to the clients evolving needs which may include (but not limited to), introducing the use of digital tools, opening new plans, increasing Total Contribution Goals
  • Retention strategy – Execute and improve upon current business strategy
  • Reporting activities – Manage various retention activities such as written notifications, heads-up and/or lists to sales force and outreach to customers?
  • Implement proactive save campaigns and new ways of approaching Retention; Win-back programs, relationship dialing, and other initiatives approved by the business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company market conditions and leverage company advantages to build effective retention solutions.
  • Operational tasks on executing the cancellation of customers plans when needed
  • Perform other duties as needed outside of those mentioned in this document

  • Product Knowledge
  • Effective Communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience in Customer Service and a passion for the Client Experience
  • Relationship Management
  • Experience with KFFs Customer Relationship Management tools
  • Problem solving skills
  • Agility – as the team, mandate and expectations evolve, so will you.
  • Licensed through your local provincial authority and recognized by the RESP Dealers Association of Canada.
  • IFIC or CSC would be considered an asset

We have adopted a hybrid model, leveraging the best of remote and in-person work.
