POSITION SUMMARY

The SAP Order to Cash Analyst will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of the order to cash process ̶ orders, deliveries, shipments (with costs) and billings ̶ in SAP. He/she will provide solutions to streamline operations and support business goals, including configuration, end-user support and training, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.

This opportunity can be located in both Montreal or Mississauga. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components that support the order to cash processes SD/LE/FI-AR (orders, deliveries, shipments (with costs), and billing).

·      Knowledge of SAP WM and/or MS CRM would be advantageous.

·      Design systems specifications, develop, test, and implement cost-effective solutions within SAP SD/LE modules.

·      Provide guidance to business partners on appropriate use of the SAP system.

·      Troubleshoot, design, document, test, and provide training for SD/LE in support of current projects and in general support issues/requests.

·      Configure and test solutions, including appropriate documentation.

·      Support business users in delivery of end-user training.

·      Create functional specifications for application development objects and guide the development of those programs within the development team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

      University degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.

EXPERIENCE

      Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (in a support and configuration role) and/or 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SD/LE modules.

      SAP configuration expertise in SD/LE or corresponding S4/Hana modules required.

      Familiarity with ABAP coding and debugging skills an asset.

      Understanding of integration points between SAP SD/LE and other modules (FI / CO / MM / WM / MSCRM) required.

      At least one full SAP implementation of the SD and LE module serving as functional lead, architect, or analyst.

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

           Detail oriented and self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.

           Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ASAP methodology.

                  Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module an asset.

                  Knowledge of SAP APO integrations an asset.

           Excellent communication and written skills and customer service orientation.

                  Experience within a manufacturing environment is an asset.

 

LANGUAGES

·        Bilingual (French and English).

 Knowledge of English is required for this specific position as Kruger deals with partners across North America and the successful candidate will be required to communicate frequently with them.
