Bilingual Supervisor, National and International Recruitment

Summary

This role will oversee recruitment team within the National and International recruitment team and will report to the recruitment manager. The Supervisor will work closely with key stakeholders and the recruitment team to ensure operational effectiveness of all recruitment tasks, including but not limited to onboarding new employees, and independant service providers, candidate experience integrity, management of multiple recruitment requests and participate in continuous improvement activities and projects along with supporting various hiring manager needs for Integrated Health Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily supervision, feedback and coaching of the recruitment team to maintain high levels of engagement and advance  our business goals
  • Ensure all requests received by the recruitment team are handled accurately and in a timely manner 
  • Produce key performance metrics reports for provision to manager and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement various sourcing strategies and candidate funnels in order to met monthly hirinf targets
  • Assist NIR Manager, in conducting recruitment team meetings to communicate business goals, prioritization of tasks, share insights, and solution issues that can deter from operational effectiveness
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental service delays are consistently met or surpassed and provide detailed reports on recruitment activity
  • Analyze daily tasks within the scope of continuous improvement; introducing new processes to remove  obstacles hindering success
  • Active participation in key initiatives related to provider network & staff recruitment, technological developments and supporting team projects
  • Ensure all processes, reporting and best practices are clearly documented, updated regularly and shared with stakeholders

Succeeding as a Supervisor, NIR Recruitment will require the following core qualifications and skills:

  • University or college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a people leadership role where influencing, motivating and coaching others for success was key
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high volume recruitment role or similar
  • Strong knowledge of an ATS (Workday experience an asset)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to think outside the box, problem solve and lead direct reports to become autonomous
  • An interest in quality management, managing processes, and aptitude for continuous improvement
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to change and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • Highly efficient time management skills
  • French & English bilingualism a strong asset
