What we seek:
OCHC is looking for a resourceful Maintenance Worker to assist our tenants regarding any of their maintenance needs. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Worker will help to repair, and upkeep occupied and vacant units, as well as common areas and grounds.
