Typical Responsibilities:

·       Logging RFI's and Acronyms

·       Sending CSE's to the client from Change Management

·       Receiving Documents

·       Controlling and colour coding documents

·       Uploading new versions/revisions of existing documents

·       Generating, logging, revising, and distributing transmittals from Project Wise

·       Managing Project Wise document versions

·       Creating recipients for the drop-down menu for transmittal

·       Tracking equipment inspection reports

 

What you bring:

·       Previous experience in QC Administration or Turnover

·       Excellent Organizational Skills

·       Standard First Aid with Level “C” CPR/AED

·       Work well in a team atmosphere and high paced environment

·       Knowledge in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Typing and basic math skills

·       Some experience in Turnover applications and/or compiling is an asset

·       Investment in a safety-oriented work environment

·       Previous experience in Document Control, Turnover, Management or Leadership, Administration, Construction, Oil & Gas industry experience
