Are you ready to drive process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and elevate the overall employee experience?  

We're seeking an Associate Director, HR Services to deliver high-quality and consistent employee experience who leads by example and develop a high-performing team that provides best-in-class service for HR related inquiries and has a foundation based on diversity and equity. 

Here's What’s on Your Horizon  

  • Ensure exceptional employee service standards are met and maintained. 
  • Enhance employee experience by driving HR service operations enhancement and process streamlining. 
  • Lead a team of HR Generalists and Data Analysts to strive for HR services excellence.
  • Enhance HR responses, and promote digital transformation, and diversity.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to achieve HR objectives.
  • Define service level agreements and monitor performance with KPIs.
  • Provide input for improving operational efficiencies and policies.
  • Utilize data analytics to translate insights into actionable HR strategies. 

Are You Our Ideal Lead for HR Services?

Step into this position with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading HR teams, showcasing expertise in HR service delivery and operations. Demonstrate your expertise in building impactful data analytics and HR operational processes, driven by a strong customer-centric approach. Additionally, ensure you possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. As part of our commitment to dismantling barriers to success, Seneca may consider applicants with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
