We are seeking a Director of Operations to join the Human Resources team to create an exceptional employee experience through top-notch HR service delivery. Reporting to the Vice President of HR, you'll lead the team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and consistent responses to HR-related inquiries and specialized service requests.

With a dedication to continuous improvement, you will establish and guide a team focused on refining and enriching the employee experience while delivering exceptional HR service.

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Apply your lens of continuous improvement in HR service delivery through effective and efficient inquiry, case, and transaction processing management
  • Address internal and external employee needs, implementing best practices for improved service.
  • Design strategies and processes to enhance employee experience
  • Use data and feedback for continuous improvement and positive experiences
  • Proactively develop relationships with peers, clients, employees, and leaders, facilitating collaboration and innovation.
