We are seeking an Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change to join the Human Resources team to optimize HR processes and leverage strategies to enhance the employee experience. Reporting directly to the Vice President of HR, you will be responsible for leading transformation and change management programs that enhance people, processes, and technology to align with Seneca’s priorities and strategic goals. Leading a dynamic team, you’ll use tools and techniques, including agile project management, to bring our vision to life - creating an environment that supports employee success and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Whether you hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and have ten years of experience leading HR transformations, HR technology, and strategic planning or you bring a diverse background and unique perspective to the table, we encourage you to apply.
