Manage user and access;
Ticketing platform administration;

Fluent in English (mandatory);
Customer and service orientation;
Resilience and ability to work under stress;
Solution oriented ant team player;
Employee support (laptops, windows, workstation);
Platforms: MS Office 365 Tools, Microsoft OS, Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online, PowerShell, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online, OTRS or other ticketing system management;
Platforms: Zabbix, Prometheus or other monitoring platform, Grafana and Linux.
