We are looking for a Senior Security Technician
As a Senior Security Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, repair, maintenance, monitoring and coordination of security equipment and systems for the Canadian Museum of History (CMH) including for the Canadian War Museum (CWM); maintains a good knowledge of security system installation, maintenance and repair techniques and provides advice and support to the CMH and the CWM Security Services group during these activities, and performs other related duties as assigned.

Education: College diploma in a field related to electronics or control systems, or an equivalent level of education and experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of security equipment and systems.
Conditions:
Compensation: $ 77,393 to $ 95,778
Status: Permanent Full-Time Position (# 10419-01) and an inventory of qualified candidates to staff future vacancies for this position on permanent or temporary basis. This inventory will be active for 6 months.
Security Level: Reliability Status
Location: 100, Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec and 1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario * This position requires in-person presence.
